  I picked student flight because I was trying to find cheaper and better options for my ONCE in a year family trip.
  
  The lady that was assisting us was the Manager, She offered us a lower options for hotels, we did not want it, so we picked the higher class options because we want to have a good time. To our surprise, we arrived in front of the hotel, and we couldn't even see the hotel until the driver showed us. The lobby was very small, equipped with a small fan to cool the lobby. There was no dining area around and the pool is really tiny. The ridiculous thing is that this is a four star hotel, or at least that was what the Manager said. The lift area looks like cargo lift. The room was another story, we were promised 2 king size bed but got only one king size, and sofa bed. The ceiling was very low and everything was dusty and scratches everywhere. When we called student flight, they did not offer anyway to make up for the mistakes. We felt like we were cheated. There was nothing we could do, so we put up with it.
  
  The next thing that they messed up was the tour we booked. It was suppose to be on Monday, but the tour never came. When we called the Student Flight emergency number, we got hung up. This was very disappointing. We were then rescheduled for the next day and found out that our names was not even on the ROSTER! By rescheduling, it means that we had to cancel ALL the plans for that day, and come up with new plans for the cancelled tour. It was the worse thing, because we were not able to enjoy places that we were able to go if the tour was cancelled. Overall, we paid lots of money for something that was very poor and We feel Cheated by Student flight.
