Jean and Zach, and all Kozen teachers, approach their practice with intelligence, wisdom and a sense of humour. Their classes are great for beginners all the way up to advanced yogis, because they offer options to suit everyone. I can't recommend them highly enough.

As a new mum I came along and was very unsure of my new body and what it could do, but with Jean's gentle guidance (and amazing warmth), I'm now able to practice yoga again as before. Every instructor brings something slightly different to the practice, and all are fantastic. Love, love, love.
