It gave me confidence to call people on their bad actions and confront them in a safe way before a situation gets out of hand, not just self-defence but self-awareness, self-respect & self-control. Other courses are more about teaching paranoia. Katherine is a brilliant teacher. I can’t recommend the Aiki Centre highly enough! Thanks
